Easy and Budget-Friendly Shrimp Tacos for one

Shrimp tacos are delicious at a restaurant, but they’re also quite expensive. These shrimp tacos don’t take much work and won’t break the bank, and don’t worry, they taste delicious! They’re also healthy!

Easy Shrimp Tacos for one


1 Serving

  • 3-4 ounces precooked frozen shrimp (thawed)
  • 2 whole wheat tortillas or 3 corn tortilla
  • 1/2 tsp taco seasoning, or 1/4 tsp cumin and 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp olive or avocado oil

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, then add the seasonings. Cook for 30 seconds, or until fragrant.

Step 2

Add the shrimp and cook until warm, then immediately remove them from the heat so they don’t overcook.

Step 3

Heat the tortillas up in the microwave, on a pan, or even slightly char them over an open flame.

Step 4

Stuff the tortillas with the shrimp, add your desired toppings, and enjoy!
