Creamy Canned Smoked Salmon Pasta for one

Man is this pasta good! It’s got creaminess from the Greek yogurt, smokiness and umami from the salmon, and is seasoned perfectly. This is a super easy, budget-friendly meal for pescatarians like me, or just anyone looking to eat healthy.

Creamy Canned Smoked Salmon Pasta for one


1 Serving

  • 1 cup whole wheat pasta
  • 1 can/packet smoked salmon (2.5-4oz)
  • 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Coo the pasta according to the box directions.

Step 2

Add everything to the pot with the cooked pasta, and stir until everything is combined. Microwave for 30-60 seconds on high to warm up, and enjoy!
