Do I see myself as a leader?

I’m excited to answer this one.

I would say that I am a leader. I don’t have much evidence; I’ve never really been put in a leadership position. However, I do think I would be a great leader because of my qualities.

First, I’m sociable. I like taking to people, and I can get along with anyone pretty easily.

Second, I am great at problem-solving. I can figure out what others need to do.

Third, I have the confidence to order people. I can tell people what I think they should do, and get them to listen (most of the time). I don’t do it in a mean way, though. I try to treat everyone the same way.

So although I haven’t been in a leadership position before (besides group projects, which I’m great at), I do see myself as a leader.
