
There are so many things I do during the week, it’s almost difficult to keep track. I mean, it’s 168 hours (minus 63 hours of sleeping). Having a perfect week would basically be impossible for anyone, but if I were to have my ideal week, it would go something like this:
Sunday
- Prep breakfasts for the week (waffles, sourdough bread, pancakes, etc.)
- Do all of my laundry
- Go to open swim at the school
Monday
- School and Practice
- Start a new book if I finished my last one one
Tuesday
- Meet for sports? (Could be any day really)
- Normal school day
Wednesday
- Take garbage out
- Sports Practice
- Block day at school (90 min instead of 45)
Thursday
- Block day again
- Sports practice
Friday
- Normal day school and sports practice
- Hopefully finish reading book
Saturday
- Do my own exercise (Long run, long walk, bike ride, etc.)
- Do diamond art
- Take a bath
- Maybe do a Puzzle
And then I repeat all this again. It’s not much, but I’m proud of what I do each week. Of course, there would be other stuff I would be doing, like homework, working on my blog, reading, etc., But these are the main things I would like to do. An ideal week would also include quality sleep each night, lots of yoga, and lots of meditation. Comment if you do one of the things in my ideal week, and check out my blog!
