If I were to open up a shop, I would definitely open a bakery. I love getting up early already, which you need to do in a bakery to get everything set up for the day. I also love the smell of baked goods. I would also enjoy seeing people smile when they taste my food. I could also be creative and make special items. I would source all of my ingredients locally, and everything would be organic.
